Windlass Engineers & Services is a family-owned company that started as a niche equipment manufacturer for the oilfield industry. While that remains the core even today, Windlass now provides products and services globally through facilities in the United States, Middle East and India.
We partner with a variety of companies as a value-added supplier by providing manufacturing and supply chain services in the United States and/or India to help meet the challenges of a complex and global supply chain and industry. As a vertically integrated supplier with our own Forging, heat treatment, CNC Machining, Fabrication, Metal Stamping facilities to support our Engineering, Project Management and Supply Chain team, we bring a lot of capability and options to help craft the right strategy for each customer and project.
While the oilfield and energy industry continue to be the cornerstone, we work with a variety of other industries such as Process, Heavy Industrial, Marine, Architecture, and more.
Windlass Group is a diversified business group based in the city of Dehradun in Uttarakhand, India. The flagship firm of the Group, Windlass Steelcrafts was founded in 1943 by Late Mr. Ved Prakash Windlass. The Group has since expanded to almost every part of the world and finds its interest in Swords and Armor and other handicrafts manufacturing, Clothing and Apparel, Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate, Hospitality, Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing, and Retailing of Licensed Hollywood Props, among other ventures.
